Because I use no preservatives, these confections are meant to be enjoyed soon after opening, rather than stored.

Four-piece boxes come with two different selections:
Box #1 - Dark chocolate truffle, Swiss milk chocolate truffle, dark chocolate dipped caramel with sea salt, raspberry truffle. They are packaged in a gold box with dark brown ribbon.
Box #2 - Fiori di Sicilia, Marzipan/chocolate truffle, dark chocolate dipped caramel with sea salt, and bittersweet chocolate coins are packaged in a gold box and tied with a black ribbon.
Two-piece boxes contain a dark chocolate truffle and a Swiss milk chocolate truffle.
The assorted twenty and thirty-five piece boxes have at least one of each of the delicacies listed below. This list changes a few times a year.
SOFT CARAMEL - Made in small batches, soft and chewy with a rich caramel flavor. Dark chocolate dipped caramels are topped with a sprinkle of sea salt. Milk chocolate dipped caramels are plain squares.
COFFEE TRUFFLE - Bittersweet chocolate and organic cream with the taste of dark roast Northwest coffee.
DARK CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE – For the true chocolate connoisseur: a deep, rich truffle crafted from my own blend of some of the worlds finest chocolates.
EARL GRAY TRUFFLE - Creamy dark Belgian chocolate with the flavor of bergamot.
FIORI DI SICILIA TRUFFLE - (Flower of Sicily - inspired by Italy’s traditional panettone). Extra dark Belgian chocolate with a pleasing hint of fresh citrus, flowers, and vanilla.
HAZELNUT TRUFFLE – Creamy hazelnut paste and milk chocolate combined to make a smooth truffle filling.
IRISH CREAM TRUFFLE - Swiss milk chocolate combined with the sweet taste of Irish Cream, dipped in milk or dark chocolate.
JASMINE TRUFFLE – A dark, dark Belgian chocolate truffle center with just a hint of jasmine in the finish.
MARZIPAN/DARK CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE - A creamy dark chocolate truffle with just a hint of orange is topped with a thin layer of smooth marzipan, then dipped in Swiss milk chocolate.
MILK CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE – Swiss milk chocolate and cream form this delectable, classic truffle.
SOFT MINT TRUFFLE - Melt-in-your-mouth soft European chocolate with the perfect balance of mint.
BITERSWEET 60% CHOCOLATE COINS - Let them melt on the roof of your mouth – great with coffee!
PEANUT BUTTER PRALINE - Milk and dark chocolate mixed with creamy peanut butter.
RASPBERRY TRUFFLE - The taste of summer enrobed in a truffle center.
Note: The Orange Truffle, Caramelized Pear Truffle and Passion Fruit Truffle have been taken off the list for a while. Look for them in the fall!

TOFFEE – Not included in the variety boxes of chocolates, these small sacks of toffee are in high demand by customers who love their melt-in-your-mouth buttery richness. Fair warning: topped with chocolate and a sprinkle of almonds, these fractured pieces of toffee are completely addictive! 8 ounce home compostable sacks are tied with a chocolate brown ribbon.
